By using any service, chatbot, website, or software product provided by V-Architect ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of V-Architect's services, including the WhatsApp AI auto-reply service and web services available at v-architect.tech.
V-Architect provides the following services:

All payments are due before service activation. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and USDT (crypto). Invoices are issued in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments beyond 7 days may result in temporary suspension of the service.
Client cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Setup fees: One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

V-Architect provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for any particular purpose.
V-Architect shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 30 days prior to the claim.
All software, AI models, scripts, and systems developed by V-Architect remain the intellectual property of V-Architect. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deployed service during their subscription period.
Content provided by the client (business info, FAQs, product details) remains the property of the client.
Our Service operates on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Clients and end users must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy. V-Architect is not responsible for Meta's decisions to restrict, suspend, or ban any WhatsApp Business number.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
